Poppin' music video.

I missed the premier of All Time Low's video for Poppin' Champagne yesterday, because I was at work. I just went on youtube to watch the video and I saw myself for two seconds! I guess it was worth the 13 hours that I was there. I saw myself 42 seconds in at the bar scene with Jack. I was wearing the black and white checker board shorts, if you wanted to check it out! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ibQqYo8xNao

Warped Tour is over for me.

I really haven't updated my buzznet blog, only my myspace blog. I think buzznet should have an application on sidekicks like myspace does. I set out to tell all in my blogs, but I definitely haven't. It's really hard to do when you think people will think you're lying or the people you are talking about will end up finding out what was written. In the end it's never really worth it. People tend to think I'm malicious when I'm really not. I'm just from NYC and I say what I feel at the moment.
Warped Tour wasn't really good. I think members of Forever The Sickest Kids hate me now, because they don't like that I curse. They cant accept me for who I am, and they act like they are better than me. I definitely know some of them have their own flaws that are worse than mine. They can't get rid of me, because I enjoy rocking out to their music! I really don't like their crew either, only Robi. Robi knows how I am and calls it out. He is one of the few people that accepts who I am and doesn't care. They are lucky to have him, because he keeps it real!
Gabe Saporta is the best! He invited everyone who was backstage to go on stage at Warped Tour! He pointed to me and a few people first then everyone else! There was so many people in NY and he was like they are all my friends and I want them on stage. He made Warped suck less the two times I was backstage for them!
The new band I hate is Story of the Year. It's so upsetting that Dan knows how much of a douche he is, and he just dances next to me like everything is fine. I remember when he wasn't a douche bag and loved being around the fans and wasn't so lame!
Family Force 5 is my new favorite band even though I have yet to see them perform. They were at Story of the Years dance party in NY and have the best dance moves! I had so much fun dancing with them!
The best part of Warped would be the cheap food and drinks at the BBQ when they had it. Volunteering for Alternative Press was cooll too. We had The Devil Wears Prada and The Academy Is... stop by for signings. Oh and cheating the system at Warped is always fun!!! Take that Kevin Lyman!! I will miss so many people like Caleb from FTSK, Fred from The Color Fred, Gabe, Robi, Travis (We the Kings), and Shane. At least some will be touring soon. Warped Tour needs to be more organized since they have tons of people working for them. I don't know if I am going to as many dates as I did this year, it depends on the lineup.

Warped Tour rains every date!

I took a 7am bus to Boston.

I found out my mother and brother were in a car accident when I arrived to Boston at 11am. My mom had drove me to the train around 5am, so I could catch my bus. On their way back home a car hit my mother from behind and kept going, the car had spun around a few times and another car hit them. The weather was pretty bad and I'm thankful they made it out with a few bruises. My mom didn't want anyone to tell me, so Warped Tour wouldn't be miserable for me. My sister sent me an IM and told me what happened. I didn't believe her, but I felt like something bad happened. I called my father and he told me everyone was fine, but the car didn't make it. My other brother blamed me for what happened and still does.

Warped Tour was really miserable. It rained on and off.

-Best part of Warped:
-Talked to Fred from The Color Fred. He was unhappy that day too.
-Talked to Ryland from Cobra Starship and him telling me he was my biggest fan! Also, he noticed Vicky's zipper aka fly was open to her shorts and pointing it out. It was pretty funny.
-Had a funny convo with some dude from Anberlin that Vicky knew.
-Suarez from Cobra taking my phone and looking at my to do list for Warped. He told me he liked my list. (You can read what it was in my previous blog)
-Pushing Travis from We the Kings and running over to Suarez, and Jack from ATL asking Suarez for his number.
-Meeting kids from Canadia and splitting a cab with them. They have the best stories ever!!!
-Seeing Zack from All Time Low without a shirt. :)

Worst part of Warped:
Attitude from some members and crew from Forever the Sickest Kids.
The weather was awful!! Walking in the mud is not cool!
Joe from The Audition not fighting with me. He seemed depressed like I was.
Spending all my money on transportation and not being able to eat. I even missed my bus that I already payed for online!

I have three more Warped dates to go and no money. I'm pimping my little bro so I can have money for traveling.

Warped Tour Canadian style.

I got to Canada the night before. Stayed in the worst place ever.

I took a subway and bus to get to the International Centre for Warped Tour in Mississauga. There were four other kids going to Warped Tour on our bus. The two boys followed Danni and I, but they were not stopped at the last check point, because they were boys. Warped security let Danni in so she could get the people at the tent come get me. Volunteering sucks, because they tell you to be there early for nothing!!

I decided to leave and go through another entrance once I saw the wristband color was yellow. I used my old guest pass from MD to get in.

I volunteered for Keep a Breast and Danni volunteered for Girlz Garage. It was cool that those companies shared a tent. It made it easier on us to see bands together. The people with Keep a Breast were surprised I got in early. I explained how, and they gave me a vendor wristband, so I took off my old one. Danni's people didn't give her anything and had her do all the work.

Later in the day, Danni checked the guest list to see about our Story of the Year meet n greet. They gave her two guest wristbands and had her check with their merch guy.

Forever the Sickest Kids performed at the myspace tent at 2pm that was right next to the tent I volunteered at. When I was taking pics of them before they did their acoustic set, one of the ladies from Girlz Garage told me not to. She said, "The guys want their down time right now, so wait until they go on stage." I told her I knew them and their tour manager, so it was fine. I left so there wasn't any problems for Keep a Breast. Jonathan was at the opposite tent and he told me to take video of them going on stage and some of their performance. I missed their real set around 5ish, because it started pouring!!

I saw Seth from The Higher walking around and asked if he could bring us on stage when they go on. He said, "Of Course just wave me over." He ended up spotting us before we had to.

Cobra Starship was in the press area, and I tapped Ryland's leg when he was on the phone. I saw him again and I talked to him about not seeing him in MD for my birthday. He told me that was his brothers birthday and he wished me Happy Birthday, but he had to go do an interview. I missed their set, because everyone's set was pushed back by 15-30mins.

I went inside and talked to Travis from we the Kings. They performed at 12pm and I missed it, because I was volunteering. One of the ladies working for Keep a Breast stopped me while I was talking to Travis and asked me what I was doing there. I thought she was upset about me not being at the tent. She told me I was not allowed in that area, because I was a volunteer and that they would get in trouble if they found me there. I told her that the wristband she gave me allowed me to be in that area and that security told me what I was allowed to do with the wristband. I was allowed everywhere, but backstage. She told me that if press, production, and catering found out who I was volunteering for that they would get in trouble. I took out my guest wristband Danni gave to me earlier. I told her I would put it on so they wouldn't get in trouble, because I would feel bad if they did.

Worst part of Warped Tour:
It wouldn't stop raining after 5pm.
Story of The Years meet n greet ended up being after their performance with 3 guys. They performed last and Dan was a Douche. Our met n greet became everyone's meet n greet!! They didn't even perform sidewalks, but they had time to do cover songs!!!
Walked five miles to go to Denny's, but didn't make it.
Couldn't eat because I didn't have Canadian money. Danni only had two Canadian dollars and gave it to me so I could eat a burger at McDonalds.
Walked about 10-15 miles to Toronto in the rain, because buses stopped running in Mississauga.
I didn't get to see Joe from The Audition, only Danny. I'm tired of seeing him!
I got mad mosquito bites!!!
Hied help from Forever the Sickest Kids being nasty to me.
Warped Tour set's being late.

Best part of Warped Tour:
Gabe Saporta knew my name!!
I watched The Color Fred perform and he totally noticed me in the crowd and waved to me!!
Seeing The Higher perform on side stage.
Watching Katy Perry being interviewed. She looked lovely. I told Fred to have tea with her.

I got a few more Warped Tour dates coming up, so stay tuned for more...

July 17, 2008

I spent my birthday @ Warped Tour 7/16.

I traveled to Columbia, Maryland for Warped Tour.

I arrived late because of missing my bus, cops stopping our bus, people complaining about the smell of pee on the bus, bus driver pulling over to give us a lecture about not being a tour guide, bus driver stopping at a rest stop so people could pee, and people cursing out the bus driver during our not so ten minute break.

I hung out with Jonathan from Forever the Sickest at catering as soon as I got there. I got to take a picture of me kneeing him in the nuts!! Best picture with him ever!!

We went to the press area and hung out with Forever the Sickest Kids. Things got out of hand because their hired help didn't like it when I called Jonathan a bitch. I play fight with Jonathan all the time and I don't know why he was in the business. He didn't like me cursing so he got nasty with me and told me I shouldn't be cursing. I told him he is not my father and I am old enough to say what I want. He was Robi's replacement on tour and so far doing a horrible job.

I was able to see The Academy Is..., Cobra Starship, Pierce the Vail, Between the Trees, and the last song of Katy Perry's hit song from side stage to end Warped Tour for the night!

Worst part of Warped Tour:
I couldn't really see Forever The Sickest Kids play, because I couldn't get to the side of the stage! I was so upset! They played the tiniest stage ever!! I missed The Higher, Story of the Year, and The Color Fred perform!! I was upset Joe from The Audition was not there!!! I didn't get to talk to Ryland!!!

Best part of Warped Tour:
+Having a guest wristband.
+Paying less than two bucks for food at the BBQ!!!!!
+Nathaniel Motte from 3OH!3 unexpectedly picking me up in a picture!
+Gabe Saporta playing with a little boy named Miles.
+Talking to William Beckett and Andy (the Butcher) from The Academy Is...
+Talking to Fred from The Color Fred.
+Seeing Danny from The Audition all day!
+Seth from The Higher picking me up and wishing me Happy Birthday! He picked me up a few times that day! He had Doug wish me a happy birthday too. He gives such good hugs!
+Seeing Jonathan from Forever The Sickest Kids in his briefs. And he honked the horn on the bus when he saw me walking by.

I am going to Warped Tour in Toronto, Ontario. I am leaving my house soon to take a ten hour bus ride. I'm getting there the night before. I plan on not fighting with anyone and being on my best behavior!! Honesty is never the best policy.

July 15, 2008

I will never matter to the people that matter most to me.

I feel like I haven't updated in forever.

July 14th I went to MTV to see The All-American Rejects. They pretaped their episode of TRL and it airs today on my birthday!!
I saw them coming out of the building and I hit Tyson with my newspaper. He looked back and noticed it was me, so he gave me a hug. I scolded them for not telling us what day they were taping TRL.
Later that day I saw Tyson outside of MSG, I got a picture with him. He told me he was leaving to do a photo shoot, and started posing for me.
I left to go see Jason Mraz at Letterman. I waved to him when he was in his car, and he didn't realize I was waving to him. Danni then pointed to him and he started waving back. We took pictures with him and he asked me my name. He is such a smooth guy!
As I was walking back to MSG, so was Tyson. I didn't bother him, because he was on his phone and I already got what I wanted. A little while later a van pulls up. It was the rest of The Rejects. They waited in the van, until someone came out for them. They came out and stood in a circle talking with their people, and I didn't want to interrupt. I only needed a picture with Chris, since I got pictures with the others in Boston. When they started to walk inside I called Chris' name and asked for a picture. He turned and said, "Hey, I literally can't right now." And the lady he was next to said, "He can't right now, because he is going inside." I was very upset by this, I walked away and mimicked what Chris had told me very loud and said some other stuff.
I saw my coworker outside of MSG giving out passes, so I decided to hang out with her. I was close to getting into the show, but AAR was already done, so I didn't care to go in. Tyson came out of MSG looking very upset. He waved to a girl and put his head down. Mike walked out with him with a smile on his face as usual. Chris walked out with them, but didn't get in the van with them. He started smoking and talking with their tour manager. I told my coworker what happened earlier when I tried to get a picture with Chris. I tried pointing him out to her, but he wasn't standing across from us anymore near the street. I then realized he was a few feet away from me smoking off to the left side of me. One of the girls I know wanted to get a picture with him, and she wanted me to go with her so I could get one to, I told her he is smoking and I'm not going to bother him. After I said that, he quickly put out his cigarette and she told me to go with her now that he is done. I refused to go up to him after the incident and I knew he heard me since I talked very loud. He went back inside and came out a minute later. When the van came back for Chris, he had looked in my direction and said, "Goodbye" and also put his hand out and motioned it. The girl I knew said goodbye to him, and then he did it again. I knew it was for me, but I refused to say bye to him.

July 15th was a work day.

I worked the Spoon show at Prospect Park. I was late, because I couldn't find it. Lucky, I got there and I was able to work.
I saw many familiar faces there, which was cool. There was about four thousand people in attendance. I had to work the VIP area all night, which is the most hated area when you don't have a pass. It ended before 11pm and I go home by 1am.

I have to get ready for Warped Tour in Maryland today. I'm only going because it is my birthday!!!!!

July 13, 2008

It was a great Anniversary!!

I worked the Hot Water Music/Thursday show. They put me on the third floor. I had to make sure nobody got backstage that didn't have a pass.I always want to fall asleep when I am posted there because it is kind of dark. People going to the bathrooms keep me entertained somewhat.

Danni came running to my post telling me she saw Mike C. who works merch for The All-American Rejects walking around. We told him in Boston we were working that show, but he forgot. I tried to find him on my break, but I was unsuccessful.

At the end of the night I got a whole bunch of empeñada's for Danni and I. Then I got an instant message from her with one word Chris. I honestly started freaking out. I explained to the workers who I thought it might be, so I rushed to find Danni. She told me the direction he went in and told me that I better have some empeñada's for her. I brushed her off and quickly went to the merch area that leads to the exit.

I saw Mike smiling as usual, while Chris gave me this weird look. I explained that I worked for the venue. I offered them Danni's empeñada's, which consisted of pizza and cheeseburger. Mike took the pizza and Chris took the cheeseburger. Their crew guys Mike C. and Kyle also had some. They were all excited to try it. I had the pizza one and chatted with them for a bit. Danni came looking for me and I told her Mike ate hers and she yelled at him. He smiled of course and Chris was amused by it,

I was told to go to the second floor to sign out for work. When I was leaving they were still at the merch area waiting around. I asked about TRL, but they didn't know when they were taping. I told Chris he was ruining my birthday and he apologized. I got to curse out Mike C. for always being loud and Chris watched being very amused. I love the faces he makes.

Oh and I'm tired of them wearing the same clothes all the time!!!

When I got home, I realized their album had come out on July 12, 2005. That meant it was the Anniversary of "Move Along" and I had spent it with them! I really wanted to spend July 11th with them, because that was the anniversary of me meeting them for the first time. It all worked out in the end.

July 10, 2008

I reunited with The All-American Rejects.

were cheap tickets for $15.50.
I noticed Tyson and Chris walking towards my direction, so I walked towards them. Tyson didn't recognize me when I went in his walking direction and he was trying to get out of my way. I still went in his way and put my hand on my hip and then he took off his sunglasses. He said, "Holy shit" and then we hugged. Chris was being Chris and I hugged him too. Tyson said, "They were on a mission to get coffee and they would be back."
Their were lots of people asking us for money and cigarettes. Tyson came back and he asked us how we were and stuff and he had to get back inside for soundcheck. Chris left him and Tyson ran after him. Have you ever seen Tyson run? It is hilarious! It was great seeing him, I seriously missed all those kids.
I am so proud of AAR. I don't think I have ever seen them in an arena. They said it was a dream come true to open up for Bon Jovi. They did have some sound problems, but they pulled through. They didn't use the big Bon Jovi sound system rather a little one at the side of the stage. During the ending of Move Along Tyson went into the crowd and sang to a lady and took a man's drink. I was so funny. I was almost near that section when I kept upgrading my seat. lol. I didn't bother staying for Bon Jovi, because I didn't pay for the ticket. We walked around and promoted Carolina Liar and the Republic Tigers by giving away stickers. I hit Mike C. on the shoulder when I was walking by, but didn't talk to him, because he was with people.
We left the venue and waited outside for a little before we got on the train. Mike from AAR was walking towards us and we chatted for a bit and took a picture. I missed him!! He has the best smile ever. I saw Toad their hired help walking and I asked him if he was going to my friends party on Friday in NYC and he said, "Yes" and asked if I was going. Later I called her and we talked about her party and Nick from AAR was walking in my direction with a guy. I don't think he recognized me either, but when I went up to him he got all excited. I hung up the phone and we chatted for a bit and took pictures. He kept asking if I was going to their show the next day, but I didn't really answer him, because the dude he was with kept shouting at him about hurrying up and Nick said, "Quick picture." I told Nick that I didn't know he was somebody's bitch. I talked to him about Tyson not recognizing me and he said, "You are all dressed up, thats why he didn't recognize you." Nick told us that he had a wedding to go to this weekend, but not his own.

July 9, 2008

Should be sleeping.

Today or should I say yesterday was okay. (July 8th)
A man offered me Jamba Juice when I got off the train. His pickup line was "Have you had Jamba Juice before? What do you recommend?" We had a funny conversation about Texas and identity theft.
I waited for uncle John Mayer forever!!!! I did get my picture with him! He isn't looking bad and he actually had the time to stop for me. He told the lady don't worry we have time for the picture and his people weren't too happy about that.
I went to HighLine to see The Cab perform, but when I got there they were already on. I decided to dance and sing outside instead of spending the $15. You could hear the music kinda good from outside, so I made the best of it.
The guys slowly came outside and stopped for the fans. Cash and Alex (lead singer) left before the show was over to go to some Batman thing at a park. I have to find out what went on, because I have no clue why he didn't make it to the bar by the time I left around 1am!!
I got to the bar around 12am, it was kinda packed. A few of The Cab members came a little after me. I talked to Alex Marshall for a little about their tour and rumors about them being douche bags. And he told me The All-American Rejects suck live. I think I saw him exchange numbers with some random girl at the bar. When I was leaving I made sure to say bye and he said "Don't judge a book by it's cover."

July 5, 2008

Moving along like others do.

I've attempted to clean my mess in my room, but got distracted from watching Sweet Valley High on the internet. I remember when I was obsessed with that show when I was younger. Then again, I loved any show that dealt with High School drama.
Today I bought my bus tickets to Boston. I'm seeing The All-American Rejects open up for Bon Jovi! I haven't seen them perform since last September at Webster Hall!! I know this may sound really lame, but my life feels incomplete without them. I'm glad that every now and then I can see their faces on Rejects TV.
I can't believe Warped Tour is almost here! I think I'm going to the one in Maryland on my birthday! I'm going to see The Higher, Cobra Starship, Story of The Year, Forever The Sickest Kids, and a few others. I will be going to about 5 other dates, if that one falls through.
Oh and I finally go back to work next week, after two months off. I don't really care to work, but my mother says I have to or I will be homeless. I don't think I could survive being homeless!!

Things I left out from the 13 hour long ATL video shoot.

After the guys did their performance a million times, they had to do it individually. Alex showed Jack what he should be doing when rocking out, but when it came for Alex's turn he got really tired. Zack was last since he was recovering from his head injury. We were all asked not to watch anymore and take pictures by Matt Flyzik. They also did a lot of the scenes in double time, which was funny. Thats when Alex's voice sounds like a chipmunk.
During the dance scene something happened that Alex needed a band aid. We all made fun of him for not being a man about it.
My videos and pictures from the shoot will be up in a week or so.

July 3, 2008

Poppin' Champagne video shoot stories.

I arrived at 9:15 am, when call time was 9am. I didn't know where to go, so I asked a girl who I've seen before outside.
I went upstairs and it was really dark. I thought I was like 20th in line, but later on I found out I was mistaken. I was trying to find people I knew, but I didn't see them. I went outside and saw people trying to get in, but a worker threatened to call the cops, if they didn't leave the block. A lady gave us release forms and later checked our ID's. A girl didn't have proper identification, but the lady asked her what was her date of birth and believed her. I changed into my ATL video shoot clothes, becuase I wasn't leaving my house in booty shorts and a see through shirt.
Vicky came a little after 10am, because her friend told her where to go upstairs. No one in the front stopped her. At almost 11am a man told everyone that was lined up by the door that everyone was cut from the video shoot. He said, "Guys from this point on and you guys by the steps have to leave right now because we have reached capacity. I didn't expect this many people to show up." And a girl said, I waited for two hours and now you tell us there is no room?" The man told us that he would give us his email so he could send us a clip of the video. Why send us something that we are not in?! I was not leaving!! I didn't follow him and the thirty or so people down the steps, I gathered my stuff and looked around for Alex Gaskarth. Why would I leave half naked in Times Square without changing?! Vicky and three other girls weren't about to leave either. Lucky, when the man told us to go down the steps, Alex was coming up the steps. So, I walked down and said to Alex "This man told me that I have been cut from the video and I have to go home." Alex said, "Oh man I'm sorry" and told the worker that he knew me and Vicky and that it was cool for us to stay. The worker was all I'm sorry I didn't know. Then one of the three girls said, "I'm from California" and Alex told the man well she's from California and they could stay too. The man told Alex if he should get us passes, so we wouldn't have any problems later. We found out that more people were cut from the video shoot, so we were put into one of the rooms that the extras were at.
Hair and makeup was done where the extras were. So, the members of ATL were there a lot. There were a lot of kids inside. There was hardly no room. I walked around a lot and watched ATL perform so many times from upstairs through a glass. When I was taking video of them performing, Alex said, "I better not see this on Youtube" I got scared and put down my camera. Then he said "Just kidding." Later, Matt Flyzik told everyone not to take an more pictures, because too much has already been leaked. He was the one taking video of the guys for buzznet, so I don't understand. lol.
All the extras were upset and hungry and were told they couldn't leave to get food. They gave everyone lunch at 2pm, which consisted of pizza Before that they gave out water and told everyone they had a limited supply, so share with your friends. I left with Vicky to Dunkin Donuts. We noticed ATL's van had a few tickets, so we told Matt. People were staring at me, because of my wardrobe.
They didn't use us until 5pm when someone told us 3pm. In the meantime I watched ATL perform so many times to Poppin' Champagne. During one of the takes, Alex hit Zach in the back of the head with his guitar! Everyone that was watching started laughing. Zach was a trooper because he stuck it out until they finished the song. Matt came with paper towels and rubbed the blood off. He walked around with ice on his head. Zach was without a shirt for most of the day! I told him to stop being naked and he smiled.
They called all the extras to be in the next scene. We took a group pic with Alex before we started. I was able to stand next to him. It's cool how I can see myself on their buzznet page! I was the fifth person chosen as one of the few girls to be next to the letters. I was next to the girl by the letter A. They told us to dance like strippers and they told the crowd to put up their hands and act crazy. The girl that might or might not be Alex's girlfriend was in between the letters A and L. The girl that was Rian's girlfriend was in the crowd with the kids. A lady who was representing MTV didn't like the fact that kids were being crazy, so she told Rian"s girlfriend "You should be up there by the letters since you are Rian's girlfriend." So, Rian's gf asked him during the break "why can't we be up there" and he told her that he would ask the director. Then she was all "No, it's ok don't do it Rian." but he walked away. He came back and told her that the director said "it was cool and that the three of them could go up by the letters." The MTV lady ended up going in front of me, becuase she knew the other girl that went in front of me. I was so pissed off. One of the girls said, "You are short, so you should be at the end." Knowing my luck I wont be able to see myself in the video, because of them. We did that scene too many times and everyone was sweating. They guys did different stuff during that scene. There was also a leprechaun scene. He was on a pot of gold with girls in the back ground. Alex sang, then the other guys came in wearing crazy outfits. Alex was a pimp I think, Jack was flavor flave, Rian was ganster with grillz, and Zach had a colorful hoodie on. I wonder how they are going to fit everything in three minutes of the video. There were even ferrets in it!
Rian had a scene with girls and Champagne. I didn't get to really watch. The other scene involved all the guys who were extras and Zach. The guy extras were standing on the stage while Zach, Matt Flyzik, and other ATL crew were in a bubble jacuzzi of some sort. The guys played in it and put Zach under it. I don't think they really could breathe with he bubbles. Zach was trying to get out of it and when he got out and stood up, he slipped and fell. He did get back up again. We all felt really bad for him.
When we were almost done with the shoot a lot of people left, because no one told us they would be more filming. The last scene with all the extras was the bar scene. Before that I took a pic with all the guys. Alex told me thanks so much for coming and waiting so long! That was really nice of him. In the bar scene only Jack and Alex were in it. Alex had to walk through the crowd. We did it quite a few times. The girl who might be Alex's girl friend smacked his ass when we were doing the scene again.
I was chosen by one of the crew guys to be in the bar scene with All Time Low's friends and girl friends. The MTV lady once again went in front of me to be with her friend. She doesn't know how to take direction and questions the director. He told her to stay close to her friend and she was all people don't talk that close in real life. And he said, "It wont look like that on camera." She only listened to him during one take and continued to block me. Jack figured out what he was going to do when he talked to he MTV lady. They decided that he would lick the girls face. He ended up kissing Rian's girlfriend on the cheek and licking the other girls face and grabbing her butt. She had to smack him in the face a few times, but she didn't know hot to do it right. It's going to look stupid in the video, if they use it.
The final scene involved Alex and a car outside. He was doing the scene with the girl who seemed to be his girlfriend. Some girls stood outside watching. I changed and left. I was too tired to watch outside since I had been there for 13 hours. This will all be worth it, if I see myself in the video at least one time!

July 1, 2008

My wardrobe is always a problem.

I had to go shopping for the ALL Time Low video shoot that is happening at Touch Nightclub (July 2nd). They want hip hop attire and booty shorts. I gave them my wardrobe sizes when they asked, so I don't know what I definitely will be wearing. I seriously have the crappiest wardrobe ever. I mean I'm not even bad looking and I can't get it together!
I went shopping with Alisa, which was cool. We went to a lot of stores and I still couldn't get it together. Before we parted ways I got some really cute accessories at Claire's! I got two tops at Strawberry's that I might not use and a pair of shoes from square one. I tried it all on and I feel and look very cheap. lol. I guess thats the look All Time Low loves!! lol
I will let you guys know what happens tomorrow!

June 30, 2008

Everyday is different don’t expect much.

So, I am officially on break from shows. The next show might be until July 8th, but tickets are sold out. If things don't work out then my next show is The All-American Rejects in Boston!! I haven't seen those kids since last year!! I know they miss me!! lol

Last night (June 29th) I went to see Danger:Radio open up for Cute is What We Aim For Again! I went with my friend Shana and in total we walked 3 miles! Why does it cost so much to travel to Long Island?! Bridget was nice enough to put us on the guest list and we got their just in time not to see Powerspace play and hang out in the bathroom to fix our hair. Danger:Radio's set was really good. I don't think they had any major technically difficulties.

I didn't pay much attention to the rest of the show. I ended up hanging with Andrew and his fans for awhile during CIWWAF's set. Now I understand why Bridget loves Andrew. He is nice, fun, and has the best stories. I want him to be my brother! lol. Andy hung out with a hot girl that night and I ended up taking the train with her. She told me he proposed to her and they got fake married that night. lol. He didn't have a ring for her, but she said they are taking it slow. Had I been an ordained minister I could've married them! lol. I was so talking about that the day before. Michael Gunz tried to make out with her on the train by forcing himself on her, but she wasn't having it. lol. It was really pathetic to watch and a huge turn off.
A few members of Powespace played an acoustic set at their merch table. They were drunk, but everyone sang in with them. Security tried to throw people out, but CUTE's meet n greet was packed!

Today I dyed my hair black and got it straightened! Hopefully, it works on my hair! I was supposed to meet up with people, but I think they were too drunk to give a location. Tomorrow I am gong shopping for the All Time Low music video shoot.

June 29, 2008

The life I live is my own.

I've been sick for a week now think. I need to get better for the All Time Low video shoot!
Forever The Sickest Kids were at Ocean County Mall for Simon Dtour Live June 27th.They played an acoustic set, because they are on Warped Tour. The guys had mall security with each of them all day. It was nice seeing all of them and Robi. Too bad the merch guy wasn't there! They was a good amount of girls there for them. I'm so proud. Jonathan kept making faces at me during the signing while I was taking pictures of him. Security was nasty to me even though I had an all access pass. I didn't care, and they did admit to being nasty.
Switches performed after FTSK, but not a lot of people stuck around. I enjoyed their signing more than I enjoyed their set. I blew a kiss to one of the guys when I was leaving home. He was being really cool during the signing and posing it up for me. lol
June 28th was the Cute is What We Aim For show in Philly. I missed my bus, but the worker caught it at a red light! I ended up hanging with Bridget and Andrew at a bar down the block from the venue. It was good spending time with them. They are so funny and cool to chill out with. I never have to be anyone else but me when I'm around them. They know I'm crazy, but they are cool with it! I didn't get to stay for the whole show. I didn't even bother watching CUTE, because I was there for my kids in Danger:Radio. I went with Bridget to buy food and left at 10pm to catch my chinatown bus!

Will I be Poppin' Champagne with All Time Low?!?!

A few days ago, All Time Low posted a blog needing people to be in their next video for Poppin' Champagne being shot in NYC. The one requirement was being over 18, which is not a problem for me!!
Today, I was sent a confirmation email!! Details are yet to be disclosed, but the shoot date has been changed to July 2nd. The call time is at 9am!! None of my friends received an email back, I'm hoping they will soon.
I will let you guys know how the video shoot goes!!

June 21, 2008

This is how I do.

I really don't enjoy all the hours it takes me to get to Long Island. I forgot I don't enjoy mall shows and I don't know why I expected it to be better with a pass. I hate that security hates children and thinks I'm one!
I saw Push Play and A Cursive Memory perform for the Simon Dtour Live event at Roosevelt Field Mall. It was a problem and a half to get my press passes, which ended up being All Access passes. There were various activites and giveaways. I was able drink free coke and get a custom Kyle XY tote bag thanks to ABC family!
Push Play had sound problems as usual, but they made up with stage presence and great energy. I really do think they should fire their sound guy! They had a signing for everyone after their set. Young girls ran after them when they left the stage and started screaming. lol. We were told no pictures were allowed at the signing, but Danni ignored and took a pic while on the phone. The boys are awesome for knowing to pose!
A Cursive Memory was boring and I didn't expect Push Play to be better than them! They have no stage presence at all, which makes no sense. They had a signing after their set, but we left after their set.
Hopefully at the next Simon Mall event in NJ, it will be much better than this one. Forever the Sickest Kids and Switches will be performing!
On the bus home, there was a man disrupting the bus preaching about how he is better than Americans, because he doesn't own a cell phone. He told everyone that American kids were stupid and can't read and write, because of cell phones. I went on my phone to text Danni about him and he said I was proving his point. I told him I wasn't a child, so he should stop talking what he doesn't know. I told him I could use my phone, because I pay my bill and America was awesome. Back in his county they don't have cell phones, so he thinks they are better than us. I told him to go back then and people agreed with me. He then began asking about Democracy and wanted us to define it, and went all up in my face and I told him I wasn't going to answer his question and then he told my sister she was dumb and ignorant and left the bus after he thought he had proven his point. If we really were in a Democracy the entire bus would've been able to punch him in the face without getting arrested! He might've been drunk, but thats no excuse. Thanks to him we got on the bus for free! If he didn't get off the bus when he did, the bus driver was going to make us all get off the bus and everyone would've hurt him!!

June 20, 2008

The sun will come out tomorrow.

I really mean later today since it's already officially a new day on the East Coast.
I'm going to the Simon Dtour mall show at Roosevelt Field to see A Cursive Memory and Push Play. It's going to be such a long event from 3-9pm.
After, I might go to the Vibe Lounge, if time permits. I really want to confront Adam about his stank attitude and see Paulie! We shall see!
